Lelia
es produced entirely from the Garmacha varietal and shows
a cherry red color with a blush tint along the rim. The clena,
elegant, varietal aromas lead into a balanced and finishes
with a soft intensity. Ideal with any roasted or highly flavored
meat dish.
ELABORATION
Maceration
in deposit of stainless steel drained away automatically and
fermentation during 20 days at temperature of 25-28º
C
