Red
cherry colour mean intensity, clean and brilliant. Good in
nose, emphasize red fruit notes, strawberry, raspberry, on
a clean and fresh back.
Dry in mouth, fresh, well balanced and an end in which return
tones fruit aromas.
ELABORATION
Maceration
of the grapes during six hours, for the extraction of colour
and aromas. Temperature of fermentation 12-15 º C.
