Red cherry colour of mean coating high with bluish edges, clean and brilliant. Fine and elegant aromas, with abundant fruit tones and soft echoes of liquorice. Taste in mouth wide and good balance. Retronasal of good intensity. ELABORATION Maceration in deposit during twelve days at temperature of 25-28º C. GRAPE VARIETIES
